Annie and I have been working together for some years now. Her instinctive approach to my songs matches my need to constantly redefine them. We’ve recorded quite a lot of stuff together and I had the pleasure of participating on her fine solo “Vive”album. I’m thrilled to hear her making her own what was once the domain of Dagmar Krause and Lisa Herman. Here’s what we do live, including a few respectful (I hope) covers of the greats. Hope you enjoy it…

I’ve dreamed about meeting John since I was introduced to his music. Having then had the opportunity to become friends and make music together through the years has been life changing for me. I admire John so much, I love his poetics and will forever be grateful to him for having painted a little girl’s dreams with vivid colours. This album collects some of our last live performances as a duo, welcome to the show.
